Dump everything into your large Ziploc freezer bag and shake and knead in the bag; store in freezer until ready to cook

When ready to cook, dump ingredients into your slow cooker, form a loaf and dispose of Ziploc baggy or wash to re-use

Cook everything in slow cooker for 6 to 8 hours on low

Teriyaki Chicken II (2 meals)

Ingredients:

large bag baby carrots

1 red onion, diced

2 cans pineapple bites, not drained

4 T minced garlic

1 lb. chicken breast, sliced

1 C teriyaki sauce
